The FiltaNeb™ features a non-vented mask based on the Intersurgical EcoLite™ mask, with a filter on the exhalation port. The seal of the mask is colored green to distinguish this non-vented mask from standard nebulizer masks. To ensure the best possible fit can be achieved, the mask kit includes an additional head strap.

The system provides >95% reduction of particles in the environment, minimizing (potentially infected) exhaled gases and emissions released during nebulization therapy, reducing the risk to healthcare professionals.
