Repairs

From today on, we will have to charge you for every device, even if repaired or not

We will also charge you for the transportation, in case we have to return you a device without repairing.  Of course this rule does onlu apply in case the return transport occures by our transport company.  If you take care of returning the devices yourselves, we will then ofcourse not invoice you for the transport cost.

I case a visit is necessary for the verification of your devices, we will have to charge you a visit fee, for each visit and according to your province in which you are located.

Product Range:

Aerosol devices, aspiration pumps, oxymeters, calibrating spirometers, ECG systems, anti decubitus, hypo-hypertermia appliances, ...

For repair to aerosol and aspiration devices : +/- 5 working days

On the recovered pieces you have 6 months warranty

On all our aerosol devices  with compressor you have 5 years warranty, 3 years warranty on the aspiration devices you have.  This applies obviously for factory errors (see product manual) and not for errors that the user made.

On request a maintenance contract can be made.
