Comfort Cough II is the most updated Mechanical In-Exsufflator and has been developed to help patients who cannot clear the bronchopulmonary secretions by oneself due to various reasons.

The oscillatory vibrations assist in loosening and mobilizing the secretions while the rapid shift between positive and negative pressure.  The rapid shif produces a high expiratory flow rate from the lungs and promotes the clearance of secretions.

Comfort Cough II delivers high-frequency ventilation into the lungs, in the form of intrapulmonary percussions.  Percussions, ranging from 10 to 780 CPM, consist of small bursts of volume characterized by sharp peaks of pressure.  It is expected to loosen and mobilize secretions toward the upper airway of the patient with restrictive and obstructive pulmonary diseases affected by various reasons.
