The SPIROBAC filter may reduce the risk of cross contamination by providing protection against micro-organisms inspired and expired by patients during testing.

In compliance with the guidelines released jointly by the European Respiratory Society and the American Thoracic Society SPIROBAC Filter resistance is lower than the maximum limit of 1.5 cm H2O/L/sec in a flow range of 0-14 L/sec.  and does not impair test results.

Its anatomical oval shape ensures maximum patient comfort and subsequent reliable test results.
