~External application only! Keep out of reach of children. Avoid direct skin contact after activation. Always wrap a towel or cloth before applying. Do not use on sensory impaired patients. Do not reuse by freezing or refrigerating as this could result in frostbite. Store between 0 °C und 45 °C.
Do not puncture outer bag. In case of eye and / or skin contact with the bag content flush with water immediately.

Instructions for use:

1. Shake contents to bottom of bag. Locate inner pouch. Squeeze firmly to rupture inner fluid pouch.
2. Shake briefly and vigorously to mix contents.
3. Wrap in soft cloth and apply.
